The present analysis covers topics such as young talents’ opinion about the industry and the key aspects that would make working in the logistics and supply chain industry more attractive to young professionals and fresh graduates. Employer branding and talent management are important tools for companies in the sector to be considering in how to improve ‘tuning in’ to this group of potential employees.
